Your withdrawal request was declined since you have not provided the necessary credit card information.
As part of our standard compliance regulations, Pinnacle requests for all Credit/Debit card holders to verify their cards. This is industry standard to ensure the protection of both the cardholder and Pinnacle.
To verify your Credit/Debit Card, we need to have valid proof of identification and residency on file together with the Credit/Debit Card copies. The information is only required once for each card and is kept completely confidential.
Any of the following government-issued documents may be used to verify your name and date of birth as they appear in your registered account:
Passport
Driver's License
National Identity Card
We will be able to accept any of the below documents as proof of residential address. Kindly note that proof of address must have been issued within the last three months and must show your name and address as they appear in your registered Pinnacle account.
Utility / Telephone bill
Medical bill
Medical Insurance
Property receipt
Lease / Rental agreement
Bank Account Statement
Government documentation
Credit/Debit card information:
Front of your Credit/Debit Card (please cover the middle digits only showing the first 6 and last 4)
Back of your Credit/Debit Card (Please cover the CVC code) Kindly note that the card must be signed.
For the security of our clients and Pinnacle, only scanned documents uploaded from the website will be accepted. All submitted documents will be stored on a secure file server using industry standard strong encryption.
You may use the Personal Details section in the My Account option to upload your documents. Alternatively, go to the Deposit/Withdraw section and select the Credit Card deposit option. You will find a ‘click here’ link to upload your credit/debit card documents. Documents provided as email attachments will be deleted and faxes are not accepted. All copies must be legibly.
Once the credit/debit card information is uploaded and approved, our Compliance Department will advise you via email and you may return to the Deposit/Withdraw to request your payment. Please note that withdrawals (including all payment methods) may be blocked and/or declined if the above documents are not provi.
